Thinning
- 3027 has some evaporation under normal operating/ environmental conditions and in order to restore it to its original specific gravity, thinner should be used.
Packing
- Available in 20 / 25 liters carboy.
Storage
- 3027 flux is alcohol-based and is flammable. Store away from sources of ignition.
- Application
- Replace the flux from the tank after 50 hours of operation to avoid debris and contaminations being accumulated on the parts.
- Specific gravity of the flux needs to be maintained as per the specification best suitable for end use. Compressed air supplied must be oil free and with no water contents.
